Weight Lifting Club (MS)
The purpose of the middle school weight lifting club is to achieve strength through weight training. Any student that is interested in gaining strength and improving their overall physical performance should join the club. The club members do the following lifts each meeting: military press, bench press, lat pulls, leg curls, leg extensions, arm curls and wrist curls. There is also time spent on the exercise bikes.
