• HOW TO CREATE A NEW CLUB AT SENECA VALLEY (7TH-12TH)

  • Any student interested in starting a new extracurricular club will need to present the following three (3) items to the Director of Athletics & Activities to initiate the process of club approval by the Seneca Valley School Board:

     

    1. A Constitution or set of Bylaws that will govern the club.  (See attached Sample Constitution here.)
    2. A listing of at least 15 interested students and their current grade.
    3. The name of a volunteer sponsor willing to oversee all club activities and meeting. Sponsor must be a teacher/staff member currently employed by the Seneca Valley School District.

     

    Once the Director of Athletics & Activities is in receipt of all three (3) items, the process of School Board approval will commence.
