Dr. Jeffrey RobertsDirector of Student Services
Dr. Jeff Roberts has been an administrator in Seneca Valley since 2009 when he was appointed as the assistant principal at Seneca Valley Senior High School. During his tenure as assistant principal, he was a coordinator for reaccreditation of Seneca Valley High School by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and worked with the Seneca Valley Academy of Choice.In October 2016, Dr. Roberts moved to his current role, supervising the gifted education department. He earned his degree in doctoral studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Administration and Leadership Studies. In addition to supervising gifted education, Mr. Roberts oversees the school counseling, health service and library departments.Dr. Roberts earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry Education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. While teaching, he completed his master’s degree in instructional technology at Duquesne University. He then earned his principal certification at IUP. Dr. Roberts started his teaching career at Central Cambria High School in Ebensburg, Pa., where he also coached swimming. His career at Seneca Valley began in 1999 when he was hired as a chemistry teacher at Seneca Valley Senior High School. During his years in the classroom, Dr. Roberts taught general chemistry, organic and biochemistry, and AP Chemistry. He also advised the senior high school student council and national honor society.Dr. Roberts is a graduate of the Leadership Butler County program. He is currently a member of the Butler County Suicide Prevention Coalition, and a board member of the Butler County Alliance for Children.
Contact Information:Dr. Mallory EylesAssistant Director of Student ServicesDr. Mallory Eyles has been working in the Seneca Valley School District as a school psychologist since 2011. Most recently Dr. Eyles split her time between serving as the assistant principal at Rowan Elementary School and the other half as a district psychologist. Dr. Eyles also has experience at Seneca Valley as an assistant principal at Evans City Elementary School. Prior to coming to Seneca Valley, she spent two years at Wesley Spectrum Services in Canonsburg, Pa., as a behavioral specialist/mobile therapist and a member of the therapeutic support staff.Dr. Eyles earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio Northern University. She earned her Master of Science in School Psychology and her Autism Spectrum Disorders Specialist Certificate from California University of Pennsylvania. She earned her Doctor of Psychology and her Master of Education from Duquesne University. Dr. Eyles resides in Forward Township with her husband and daughter.Contact Information:Ms. Ashley PattisonSpecial Education SupervisorMs. Ashley Pattison began her career in education with the Seneca Valley School District in 2008 as a learning support teacher. During the last 13 years, she has served as a special education teacher and behavior specialist.
In 2011, Ms. Pattison was tasked with developing the district’s elementary life skills program which was previously run by the Midwestern Intermediate Unit IV (MIUIV). Ms. Pattison has performed the role of life skills teacher and the district’s behavior specialist, supporting students K-12 with behavioral needs.
Ms. Pattison moved to her current position in 2021, as supervisor of special education where she oversees the special education programs offered by the district to enable students with exceptionalities to access appropriate educational services.
Ms. Pattison earned her Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education with a concentration in Special Education from Elizabethtown College.
