• Learn, Explore, Act, Develop (LEAD)

Our schools help students develop the knowledge, skills and personal attributes to be successful in their future. While our schools focus on growing students’ skills and knowledge, we are equally focused on helping students to learn and grown personally.
In addition to gaining knowledge and developing skills such as communication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking, we desire our students to be career ready, future orientated, appreciative of others, resilient, productive, kind, respectful, accountable and self-confident.

LEAD is Seneca Valley’s acronym describing our personal development efforts. Each school has a team of professionals dedicated to developing the whole child in our schools.  To see the many ways that our students are learning to LEAD themselves and to LEAD others, click on the blue column to the left (or in the drop down menu above if using a mobile device).
