• College Application Essay Review

     

     

     

     

    Students are welcome to ask their SHS English teachers to review essays written for college applications or for scholarship entries. Drafted essays will be read and critiqued for content, style and grammar.

     

    When submitting an essay for review, please follow these guidelines:

     

    • Type and double space essays
    • Include the question/prompt provided by the college or university
    • Include the name of the college or university
    • Include the word count restriction given by the college or university

     

    Please allow one week for teachers to review the essays and provide feedback.
