Art teacher Mr. Jason Shorr and gifted teachers Ms. Patti Griest and Ms. Debbie McDermott recently provided a collaboration opportunity for students.  Students were broken into groups, and while one group visited the Big Gallery to view and answer questions about the art on display by Craig Barron, the second group watched a TED Talk video about Phil Hansen, an artist with a unique approach. After the student groups had the opportunity to complete both activities, the groups joined together for a discussion led by Mr. Shorr. Barron will visit the IHS in December to share his life and art experiences with students.
