Dr. Cassandra Doggrell 
Director of Student Services
 
Dr. Cassandra Doggrell began her career at Seneca Valley in 2010 as an Autism and Emotional Support Teacher at Rowan Elementary School. During her time at Seneca, she has proudly served in a variety of administrative positions including Haine Middle School Principal and Evans City and Haine Middle School Assistant Principal. Prior to returning to Seneca Valley, Dr. Doggrell spent five years at the Upper St. Clair School District where she served as Director of Student Support Services and Director of Special Education. Her experience in student services include oversight of special education and psychological services, implementation of training sessions, development of special education budget and support of IEP processes and programming. In addition to supervising special education, Dr. Doggrell oversees gifted education, school counseling and health services.
 
Dr. Doggrell earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education/Early Childhood from Grove City College, received a Master of Educational Administration from Duquesne University and a Master of Special Education from Waynesburg University. She also earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Mallory Eyles
Assistant Director of Student Services
 
Dr. Mallory Eyles has been working in the Seneca Valley School District as a school psychologist since 2011. Most recently Dr. Eyles split her time between serving as the assistant principal at Rowan Elementary School and the other half as a district psychologist. Dr. Eyles also has experience at Seneca Valley as an assistant principal at Evans City Elementary School. Prior to coming to Seneca Valley, she spent two years at Wesley Spectrum Services in Canonsburg, Pa., as a behavioral specialist/mobile therapist and a member of the therapeutic support staff.
 
Dr. Eyles earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio Northern University. She earned her Master of Science in School Psychology and her Autism Spectrum Disorders Specialist Certificate from California University of Pennsylvania. She earned her Doctor of Psychology and her Master of Education from Duquesne University. Dr. Eyles resides in Forward Township with her husband and daughter.

Ms. Ashley Pattison
Special Education Supervisor
 

Ms. Ashley Pattison began her career in education with the Seneca Valley School District in 2008 as a learning support teacher.  During her time at Seneca, she has served as a special education teacher and behavior specialist. In 2011, Ms. Pattison was tasked with developing the district’s elementary life skills program which was previously run by the Midwestern Intermediate Unit IV (MIUIV). Ms. Pattison has performed the role of life skills teacher and the district’s behavior specialist, supporting students K-12 with behavioral needs.

Ms. Pattison moved to her current position in 2021, as supervisor of special education where she oversees the special education programs offered by the district to enable students with exceptionalities to access appropriate educational services.

Ms. Pattison earned her Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education with a concentration in Special Education from Elizabethtown College. While performing her teaching duties she completed her Master of Education at the University of Pittsburgh and earned her School Supervision Certification from Slippery Rock University.
