Flu Information

We’ve all been there. Headaches, chills, fever, stuffy nose, coughing, body aches…

Being sick is no fun, and we thought it was important to take a few minutes to share some facts, prevention information and reminders.

The biggest takeaway from this update is knowing when to stay at home and rest. According to the CDC, individuals should stay home for at least 24 hours after a fever is gone except to get medical care or other necessities.

But there’s more. There are ways you can keep the germs at a minimum and/or lower your risk of getting sick.
