Ms. Kyra Bobak
Director of Human Resources
 
Ms. Kyra Bobak has over 20 years of experience in education and has been an administrator in Seneca Valley School District since 2006. She served as an assistant principal and then as a principal for Haine Elementary School. During her work as principal at Haine Elementary, the school received the Olweus Quality Assurance designation in 2011. The school was one of the three schools in the nation to be recognized. During her tenure in this role, she was also elected and served as the Pennsylvania Association of Elementary and Secondary School Principals (PAESSP) West II Regional Representative for the State.

Kyra Bobak is a member of numerous professional associations, and as the Director of Human Resources, she is currently serving as a founding advisory board member for Sprigeo, an online national organization for an anti-bullying system. Her position on the board allows her to share her passion for education and commitment to positive change in schools.
 
Her career in education and higher learning began when she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1994; and continued on to complete her Master’s degree in Administration and Policy Studies from the University of Pittsburgh in 2004. Prior to working at Seneca Valley School District, Kyra Bobak worked as an elementary teacher in the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Nev., and as a teacher and principal in the Wilkinsburg School District in Wilkinsburg, Pa.

Dr. Andrew Teti
Human Resources Coordinator
 
Dr. Andrew Teti has been an administrator at Seneca Valley for the past seven years, previously serving in the role of assistant principal of Evans City Elementary School and Ehrman Crest Elementary School. He came to Seneca Valley from the Franklin Regional School District where he was a fourth-grade teacher at Heritage Elementary School.
 
A Seven Fields Borough resident, Dr. Teti also has experience as vice principal at Dunbar Middle School, a part of the Kanawha County Schools in Charleston, West Virginia. Prior to his administrative role, he was an eighth-grade math teacher and mathematics department head in the same district. Dr. Teti also brings with him education experience as a school technology facilitator, special education support teacher and athletic coach for several sports including tennis, basketball and ice hockey. Dr. Teti can also trace his time back to Seneca Valley as his student teaching experience took place at Evans City Middle School in 2010.
 
Dr. Teti earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary and Special Education from Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA. He also earned his Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Educational Leadership from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia.  Dr. Teti completed his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management program from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA, in December 2023.
