Eight awards in the National School Public Relations Association's (NSPRA) 2024 Publications and Digital media Contest: 

The Seneca Valley Communications Department won four Awards of Excellence, the highest recognition from NSPRA, for the following:

Ten awards in the 2022-23 Pennsylvania School Public Relations Association’s (PenSPRA) “Excellence in Education Communications” 2022 Contest:  

Ten awards in the National School Public Relations Association’s (NSPRA) 2021 Publications and Digital Media Contest:
The Seneca Valley Communications Department won two Awards of Excellence, the highest recognition from NSPRA, for the following:

Nine awards in the 2020-21 Pennsylvania School Public Relations Association’s (PenSPRA) “Excellence in Education Communications” 2021 Contest:

Twelve awards in the National School Public Relations Association’s (NSPRA) 2021 Publications and Digital Media Contest:
The Seneca Valley Communications Department won seven Awards of Excellence, the highest recognition from NSPRA, for the following:

Additionally, they were awarded five Awards of Merit for the 2020-21 Return to School graphic and for their videos “Proud and Strong Seniors,” “Thank A Principal,” “SV Welcome Back” and “We Appreciate You.”

  • Award of Excellence for the SV Annual Report, The Future Starts Here
  • Honorable Mention for Raider Pride, the SV E-newsletter
  • Honorable Mention for the special purpose web page dedicated to the story of Ryan Gloyer Middle School

Five awards of honor in the 2018-19 Pennsylvania School Public Relations Association’s (PenSPRA) “Excellence in Education Communications” 2018 Contest:
  • Award of Honor for Raider Pride, the SV E-newsletter
  • Award of Honor for “On a Mission,” the SV 18-19 District Calendar
  • Award of Honor for the digital version of the SV Annual Report, The Future Starts Here
  • Award of Honor for the SV Teacher Appreciation Video
  • Award of Honor for the renaming campaign of Seneca Valley Middle School

  • Award of Excellence for Raider Pride, the SV E-newsletter
  • Award of Excellence for “Worth a thousand words,” the SV 17-18 District Calendar
  • Award of Excellence for “Takeover Tuesdays” on Snapchat
  • Award of Excellence for use of #SVRaiderPride and #SVProud on Twitter and Instagram
  • Award of Honor for "Staff of Seneca Valley" on Facebook

Four awards in the National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) Publications and Electronic Media Awards 2017 Contest:
Seneca Valley School District's "Proud of the Past, Committed to the Future" Video won an Award of Excellence, which is the highest recognition from NSPRA.   • Award of Honor for the 2016-17 SV Calendar “Seneca Valley Art”
  • Award of Honor for Seneca Valley’s “2016-17 Review” brochure

  • Award of Merit for the 2015-16 SV Calendar “Celebrating 50 Years of Excellence”
  • Honorable Mention for the E-Newsletter Raider Pride
  • Honorable Mention for the branding/image package for the Seneca Valley 50th Anniversary

Four awards in the Pennsylvania School Public Relations Association’s  (PenSPRA) “Excellence in Education Communications” 2015 Contest: 
  • Award of Excellence for the E-Newsletter Raider Pride
  • Award of Excellence for the E-Publication of the 2014-15 SV Annual Report, Onward and Upward
  • Award of Honor for the social media campaign "Staff of Seneca Valley"
  • Award of Honor for the 2015-16 SV Calendar “Celebrating 50 Years of Excellence”
