All forms requesting ATHTLETIC facilities and/or non-athletic space AFTER SCHOOL HOURS should be sent to the attention of Athletic/Activities Director, Heather Lewis, Senior High at lewish@svsd.net.

All forms requesting space during the SCHOOL DAY should be sent to the respective building secretary.
