Mr. Brush is an experienced Facility Manager that came to Seneca from Jones Lang Lasalle where he worked on the BAYER, Honeywell and 3M accounts for five years where he managed a team of employees and contractors. Known for his excellent customer service skills, he consistently ensured client satisfaction while overseeing complex projects.

Mr. Brush also has an extensive electrical background as an electrical technician spending over two decades in the manufacturing sector working at Oberg Industries and II-VI inc. His primary responsibilities included maintaining the facilities backup generator system, ensuring timely repairs of critical equipment, upgrading electrical infrastructure for the sites and utilizing the latest technologies to reduce the facilities carbon footprint.

Mr. Brush earned his associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute and received training from the International Facility Managers Association earning him his certification as Facility Management Professional.

Mr. Scott Lowery is a seasoned professional with a passion for maintaining and enhancing the physical environments we live and work in. With a background in facilities management, Mr. Lowery has dedicated over 20 years to ensuring that buildings and grounds are not just functional, but also aesthetically pleasing and environmentally sustainable.

Mr. Lowery earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Point Park University. He began his career as a general manager for Pittsburgh Coatings where he worked on large-scale industrial paint projects while overseeing several employees. Throughout his employment history, he has served in managerial roles and was responsible for day-to-day operations, maintenance and sanitation services for Central Maintenance & Service, Guardian Storage and CleanNet Systems of Pennsylvania.
