Use of Facilities
Document Actions
To request the use of any Seneca Valley School District facility, including outside areas such as the fields or track, you must submit a Use of Facilities Form to Mr. Richard Lapishka, assistant director of buildings, grounds and activities. You can fax it to him at (724) 453-1744, U.S. Mail it to Seneca Valley Administrative Offices, 124 Seneca School Rd., Harmony, Pa. 16037, or e-mail it to lapishkara@svsd.net.
Submission only of this form is not a guarantee of facilities use. Confirmation of facilities use will be made by Mr. Lapishka. For more information, call (724) 452-6040, ext. 212.
