Hello, my name is Jill Schulz, R.N. I am the nurse at the Senior High School. I am available to discuss any health-related concerns or special needs that your student may have.

Pennsylvania state law requires that all 11th grade students have a physical examination.

District forms will be mailed to all students in the spring prior to entering their junior year. For your convenience forms are also available from this website. The school physician will provide physical examinations during the school year at no charge. Please call the Nurse's Office to arrange for this service.

During the school year the following health screenings are provided:

All 11th grade students will receive height, weight, vision and hearing.

All 12th grade students will receive height, weight and vision.

The other links on this web page provide lots of information. Pay particular attention to the requirements for students receiving medication in school. The medication policy requires that NO medicine be sent to school without written request from both parent and physician. This includes over-the-counter medicine, as well as prescription drugs.
