My name is Liz Williams and I am the nurse at the 7-8 middle school. While attending the middle school, your child will receive the following screenings:
7th Grade
- Height
- Weight
- Vision
- Hearing
- Dental
Private dental exams need to be turned in to my office by early November of the 7th grade year. - Scoliosis
8th Grade

- Vision
If the screenings raise any concerns, I will be contacting you.
Should the need arise, information or medication orders from a physician can be faxed to me at (724) 452-0331.
The other links on this web site provide a lot of information. I would ask that you pay particular attention to the requirements for students receiving medication in school. Many people do not realize that the policy includes over-the-counter medications as well as prescription drugs.
