School Policy
The medication policy requires that no medicine be sent to school without written request from both parent and physician or dentist. This includes both prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications such as cough syrups and pain relievers. Please ask your physician if medications can be given during non-school hours. If your child needs medication during the school day, the form for obtaining the required signatures can be obtained from the school nurse or from this web site.
Please send all medications in labeled pharmacy bottles!
