Intermediate High School

My name is Anita Duffy, R.N. and I am the school nurse in the Intermediate High School.

In this building, most of my contact with parents is in regard to chronic health problems, acute illnesses, or injuries. The only state required health screenings for these grade levels are height/weight and vision.

The other links on this web page provide pertinent information. I would ask you to pay particular attention to the requirements for students receiving medication in school. The medication policy requires that both a parent and physician sign a medication form. This form is for prescription and over-the-counter medication.
