Meetings are open to the public, begin at 8 p.m. and are held in the Intermediate High School auditorium. Due to the musical set up, the March 2008 Seneca Valley School Board meetings are moved to the senior high school auditorium. The start time remains at 8 p.m.

The first meeting of the month is the work session (discussion) and the second is the regular meeting (approval). If necessary, action may be taken at the work session.

Meetings are normally scheduled on the first and second Monday of the month but are, in some cases, changed due to a holiday.
