Meetings are open to the public, begin at 8 p.m. and are held in the Intermediate High School auditorium.

The first meeting of the month is the work session (discussion) and the second is the regular session (approval). If necessary, action may be taken at the work session.

Meetings are normally scheduled on the first and second Monday of the month but are, in some cases, changed due to a holiday.
