The "Pittsburgh Business Times" has once again published the supplement, "Guide to Western Pennsylvania Schools," and once again Seneca Valley has climbed higher on the list.

The Seneca Valley School District has cracked the Top 20 with a 2008 ranking of 18.

The rankings include results from all grades that take the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment (PSSA) exams, grades 3-8, and 11. Scores are based upon comparing results for three years to a regional average.

In 2006, Seneca Valley ranked No. 38; in 2007, we ranked 24. The most recent rank of 18 is a jump of 20 in just two years!
