- Ninth season as a Head Coach for the Seneca Valley Swim Club.
- He has served nine years as Head Coach of Seneca Valley High School swimming and diving teams
- University of Pittsburgh men’s Team for three years
- Coach Donati was involved with Team Pittsburgh Aquatics
- Head Coach Bethel Park Swimming Team
Honors:
- While at Westminster he was 16 time All-American
- Establish the women’s team into a competitive force in the WPIAL and also helped guide the women’s team to two WPIAL Runner-up titles in 2002 and 2004.
- He coached ten different NISCA High School All-Americans
- 2000 Pennsylvania State championship swimmer in the 200 IM and 500 free
- 2004 Pennsylvania State Championship Relay in the 200 Medlay relay
- Two Olympic Trial Qualifiers and 3 senior national qualifiers during his tenure at Seneca Valley
- Coached several Allegheny Mountain Swimming record holders
- AMS Coach of the Year
- PIAA State Recorder Holder
He and his wife Victoria have two children, a daughter, Sophia (4), and Tanner (2).
